can i get a invitation sample?
definitely. you are able to receive up to 2 free samples. all samples are pre-printed and may take approximately 1 to 2 weeks for delivery depending on your location. samples are sent via u.s. postal mail. to request your sample, click here >

do you have a minimum order of invites that we must order?
there is a minimum quantity of 10 that you must order.

are we able to make some minor changes to the layout as it is shown on the web site?
certainly. the designs shown on the web site are examples only, and we can always move the text or layout around to your liking. you may also in some cases change the color of the illustration, if applicable.

can i change the color of the ribbon?
for the majority of our invitations we are flexible in changing the ribbon color. colors and embellishments would all be decided upon before finalizing the invitation order.

will you print spanish, italian, chinese, etc. verses on our invitation card?
definitely. you will need to supply the wording in your chosen language and it will be your responsibility to review the spelling and grammar of the invitation verse. we will not be responsible for any spelling or grammar mistakes not written in english.

do i have to use the text (wording) on the design layout as shown on the invitation style online?
invitation wording is a personal choice. many of our designs can be customized to your liking. so you can be creative and design your own text (wording) to suit your style.

can you print guest addresses on the mailing envelopes?
yes, bicycle paper designs can print or customize your invitation envelopes for an additional cost. we can address the outer, inner and response envelopes for your convenience. please contact us for pricing.

do you sell other accessories to match your special event invitations?
we have corresponding stationery to match your event invitation. they include but are not limited to: save the date cards, direction card, guest card, wedding registry card, enclosure card, wedding program, menus, table markers, table seating cards, thank you cards, favor cards, posters 11x17", labels, favor boxes, etc.

do you accept rush invitation orders?
yes. if you need your invitations within a certain timeframe, we will gladly accept your order. we would kindly let you know up front if we do not think we could complete the order for you on time. during the invitation design process, we would keep you informed of any challenges. some stationery may need to be substituted if time does not allow for the original design on the web site. a $40 service rush fee applies, plus you are responsible for any shipping cost to ship out your order.

do you accept international invitation orders?
definitely! we are always thrilled to receive international orders. please let us know up front if you are on a strict timeline as shipping needs to be taken into consideration. we will always select the most appropriate and cost effective shipping method since the client pays for shipping.

what is the invitation order process like?
we will email you a digital proof (pdf format) within 24 hours of submitting your information. once you have approved the text and design we will begin to process your order. we strongly suggest you have multiple people check over your proof to ensure everything is spelled correctly and is included. all reprints are at the cost of the client so check your proofs closely.

what form of payments do you accept?
we accept paypal, money orders, personal checks mailed to the studio. once the payment is received, we then put the order through for processing. if you do not have a paypal account, don't worry. paypal will direct you to a site to submit payment via credit card. with paypal, you don’t have to worry about exposing your financial information – paypal keeps your information safe and private without exposing your information with others.
