• My husband Hal, upon our meeting, steered me towards one of his favorite activities, cycling. Within months of our first date, I purchased both a hybrid and a road bike, and I registered in several cycling tours. When we completed the Registers Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa together ? 450 miles of cycling and camping across a very wide state ?he proposed to me.
