How do I place an order?

You are welcome to make your purchase directly through our website or if you prefer, you are welcome to call in your order.

 

Is your website secure?

Yes.  All payment information is sent over a secured connection.  As an extra layer of security we do not store any of your payment information on our site.What types of payments do you accept?Payments can be made with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card as well as with Paypal. 

 

How do I know if my order went through?

After you complete the checkout process you will be redirected to a confirmation page and we will also send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. If you ordered custom wedding stationery we will be in touch shortly via email with your proofs.

 

Do you have a retail store or walk-in location?

Bicycle Paper Designs is an online stationery shop. We do not have a walk-in location at this time.If you are located in Illinois, we do offer free consultations. Please contact us to schedule an appointment. 

 

Can I call to discuss my options?

Do you offer free samples of your invitations?

Yes! You can request up to 2 free samples. Click on “free sample”  to request your samples today.  All samples sent out are preprinted and available on hand, so you may receive something different than what you see online.

 

Can my invitations be printed in a different language?

Yes! We will be happy to print your invitations in another language besides English. You will be responsible for submitting the wording and verifying all info and spelling is correct. We can not be held responsible for any errors.

 

Can I order less than 10 invitations?

No. Our minimum quantity required for all invitation orders is 10.

 

Are envelopes included with my invitations?

Yes, matching envelopes are included with all invitations, response cards, save the dates, and thank you cards.

 

How much postage is required to mail your wedding invitations?

We recommend taking an assembled wedding invitation set to your local post office to be officially weighed before purchasing and applying postage.

 

I didn't order enough invites. Can I order more at a later time?

Yes. Additional invitations can be reordered at a later date, minimum quantity required is 10. We recommend ordering at least 10-15 extras up front as it is much more cost effective. Be sure to account for wrong addresses, last minute guests, keepsakes, as well as a set for your photographer to photograph when deciding on your final quantity.

 

Do you ship interationally?

Yes! In addition to the US, we ship worldwide via USPS. International shipping costs are displayed during checkout immediately after you enter your address. In some cases, additional brokerage and customs fees may be charged when your order enters your country. Since we do not know these fees upfront, we cannot notify you of them during checkout and they will be your responsibility.

 

If you are concerned about the cost of brokerage and customs fees, please contact your local government representative.  Please allow a minimum of 6-10 business days for delivery. International shipping dates can not be guaranteed due to variables such as customs delays.
