How do I place a customized order for an existing design shown online?
When you have selected your invitation design, on the right side of the ordering section, select the “customize” option button. We will follow up with you to discuss your changes.
When I enter my wording, do I need to format it in the personalization space?
No, absolutely not. Simply enter your wording and we will take care of all the design and layout for you, making sure your wording looks great on your chosen invitation design.
Can I change the font?
Yes. You have the choice to use the current font on the design or select one from out list.
Can I change the ink color of the design?
Yes. Please see the ink color chart located on the bottom of the pages titled “fonts, ink & paper colors”. Just note your ink color choices in the web form when submitting your information and we will design your proofs in those ink colors.
Can my invitation be printed in a different language?
Yes! We will be happy to print your invitations in another language besides English. You will be responsible for submitting the wording and verifying all info and spelling is correct. We can not be held responsible for any errors.
I need the same invitation design but with different wording. Can you do this?
Yes, we can do this at no additional cost. Just resubmit your new invitation wording and we will follow up with an additional proof.
Can I cancel my order?
For all invitations and customized stationery there is a cancellation charge of 25% of your total order once proofs have been sent. Once your final proof is approved and the printing process has started, there are no cancellations, and no refunds.
